At the very start of 2020 – I hopped on a one way flight to Santiago, Chile to connect with Badger and begin a 6 month adventure across this vast continent. Little did I know that a world pandemic was waiting in the wings to make a mess of everything. Still, I lived to tell the tale (which a lot of people unfortunately didn’t) so I’m very grateful for everything I was able to experience on this trip.
In the end I managed around 15,000 miles in 3 months before becoming trapped in southern Peru. Here is the route I followed:
